The coupling is made from a single piece of aluminum and has two sets of slit cuts allowing for low inertia, no maintenance, and high torsional stiffness when compared to beam couplings. It is clamp style and has 0.125" x 0.125" bores, 0.512" OD, and 0.787" length. This long slit coupling has increased torque and misalignment capabilities when compared to short styles.
