Ruland's MSP-42-ST shaft collar is a precision-engineered two-piece clamp style collar ideal for applications where a load bearing face or mechanical stop is required. Its tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity ensures accurate alignment and holding power. Made from 316 stainless steel, this collar provides consistent corrosion resistance and meets or exceeds DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. Suitable for use in industries such as aerospace, medical, and food processing, this collar is also infinitely adjustable, allowing for easy installation or servicing in-place without removing adjacent components. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.

This two-piece shaft collar has a 42mm bore, 73mm OD, and 19mm width. The work surface is identified by one groove on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. The two-piece design allows this collar to be installed or serviced in-place without the need to remove adjacent components. Halves are mated throughout the manufacturing process for precise fit and increased holding power. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from 316 stainless steel to a fine burr-free finish with hardware of like material for consistent corrosion resistance. Hardware tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
