This Ruland clamp style shaft collar is a precision-engineered solution for applications requiring high RPM performance, load bearing, and component alignment. Its balanced design and tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity ensure optimal performance and stability. The two-piece collar is infinitely adjustable, allowing for easy installation and servicing in-place without removing adjacent components. Manufactured from high-strength 2025 aluminum, it meets or exceeds DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. Suitable for use in a variety of industries, including aerospace, medical, and industrial automation, this shaft collar provides a reliable and precise solution for applications where component alignment and stability are critical.
Top product features:
This two-piece shaft collar has a balanced design for better performance in high RPM applications.
The collar does not mar the shaft, providing a smooth surface.
The collar's halves are mated throughout the manufacturing process for precise fit and increased holding power.
Ruland clamp style shaft collars do not mar the shaft, are infinitely adjustable, and have superior holding power when compared to set screw collars. This two-piece shaft collar has a 9mm bore, 24mm OD, and 9mm width. It has a balanced design for better performance in high RPM applications. Tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity is maintained (TIR of < 0.05mm) which is critical when the collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for component alignment. The work surface is identified by two grooves on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. The two-piece design allows this collar to be installed or serviced in-place without the need to remove adjacent components. Halves are mated throughout the manufacturing process for precise fit and increased holding power. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from high strength 2025 aluminum to a fine burr-free finish for increased screw seating torque. Hardware tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
