Elevate your precision applications with the Ruland CntrlFlx Cplng Hub, a lightweight, low-inertia, and zero-backlash coupling designed for use in encoders, tachometers, resolvers, and light-duty power transmission applications. This customizable hub combines clamp-style construction with a double insert design, offering higher torque capacity and longer length to couple systems with wide distances between shaft ends. With a balanced design and speeds of up to 10,000 RPM, this hub is ideal for applications requiring precision and reliability. Manufactured in Germany, it meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of industries.
Top product features:
Lightweight and low inertia design
Zero-backlash coupling
Balanced design for high-speed applications up to 10000 RPM
Ruland supplied Controlflex couplings are a lightweight, low inertia, and zero-backlash coupling designed for use in encoders, tachometers, resolvers, and light duty power transmission applications. This clamp style double insert type hub requires the user to mate it with one other hub and two acetal inserts. The multiple piece construction allows for a highly customizable coupling that easily combines clamp hubs with inch, metric, keyed, and keyless bores. This hub has a 1.125" bore, 2.205" OD, and 0.591" length. The use of two inserts allows for higher torque capacity than single insert styles. It is longer than equivalent single insert Controlflex types to couple systems with wide distances between shaft ends. It has a balanced design and can accommodate speeds of up to 10000 RPM. This Controlflex hub is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured by Schmidt Kupplung in Germany.
