The coupling is made from a single piece of aluminum and has two sets of slit cuts allowing for low inertia, no maintenance, and high torsional stiffness when compared to beam couplings. It is set screw style and has 8mm x 4mm bores, 16.0mm OD, and 19.75mm length. This short style slit coupling can fit in confined spaces where the long style may not fit.
