This Ruland clamp style shaft collar is a precision-engineered component ideal for various applications requiring high holding power and minimal shaft damage. Its one-piece design, made from high-strength 2025 black anodized aluminum, features a 13mm bore, 30mm OD, and 11mm width, with tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity maintained to within 0.05mm. Suitable for use as a load-bearing face, mechanical stop, or component alignment, this collar also boasts a fine burr-free finish for light corrosion resistance and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Its versatility makes it a valuable addition to industries such as aerospace, medical, and automation.
Top product features:
Ruland clamp style shaft collars do not mar the shaft.
The collar is infinitely adjustable.
Tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity is maintained with a TIR of < 0.05mm.
Top product applications:
Positioning and holding components in precision equipment
Ruland clamp style shaft collars do not mar the shaft, are infinitely adjustable, and have superior holding power when compared to set screw collars. This one-piece shaft collar has a 13mm bore, 30mm OD, and 11mm width. Tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity is maintained (TIR of < 0.05mm) which is critical when the collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for component alignment. The work surface is identified by two grooves on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from high strength 2025 black anodized aluminum to a fine burr-free finish for light corrosion resistance. Hardware is stainless steel and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
