This two-piece keyed shaft collar has a 45mm bore, 14mm keyway, 73mm OD, and 19mm width. It is designed for use with keyed shafting and in applications where the collar may be used for positive drive. The work surface is identified by two grooves on the face allowing the user to easily identify which side is precision faced. It is manufactured from 1215 lead-free steel to a fine burr-free finish with Ruland's proprietary black oxide formulation which creates a fine glossy appearance and increases holding power and corrosion resistance. Hardware tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
