Professional Plastics' Natural Ketron PEEK Sheet is a high-performance material ideal for hostile environments. With its chemical and hydrolysis resistance, it can operate at higher temperatures than PPS, making it suitable for applications involving steam and wear. This virgin unfilled polyetheretherketone material can be used continuously up to 480°F (250°C) and in hot water or steam without loss of physical properties. Its high strength, low smoke, and toxic gas emission make it a reliable alternative to fluoropolymers. Applications include instrument components, seal components, and other parts requiring ductility and inertness. It meets UL 94 V-O flammability rating standards.
