It is compatible with industrial interchange standards and is intended for use with pneumatic air lines using compatible 3/8 in (hose fitting size) and NPT (connection type) fittings. The coupling component is a plug with a female hose fitting, featuring NPT connection type and a thread size of 3/8"-18.
