Hardwood is kiln dried electronically glued sanded to 1-3/4" thickness and has laminated edges. The top is finished with a penetrating mineral oil for a durable high quality appearance. It also has a riser shelf that provides added work space. The workbench height adjusts at 1-1/2" increments. Its 5-3/8"h steel drawer features a safety stop to prevent accidental spilling. The drawer has 2 mounting angle brackets for easy workbench installation on either the left or right hand side. It also has a riser shelf that provides added work space. The riser shelf measures 10-1/2"d x 12"h with a 2" backstop to prevent items from falling. This workbench has a recessed handle with padlockable hasp for added security (lock sold separately). The adjustable height legs feature removable duplex knockouts on front and rear for installation of either a hard wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that easily screws into place with no wiring necessary. Its legs are finished with scratch-resistant gray powder coat. The bench stringer comes with mounting hardware to assemble legs to the bench top. It is easy to assemble.
