The bolted teardrop upright frames come partially assembled for easy customer set-up allowing for more flexible configuration and making it easier than ever to adapt to new storage environments. Designed to endure the most demanding of industrial conditions this kit features heavy-duty 13-gauge steel uprights and high-strength 15-gauge steel beams. These uprights allow for height adjustments at 2" increments while the beams have a 1-5/8"h step beam design to accommodate cross bars and decking. With the use of 3-button studs on the connector plate ends and a self-engaging spring-loaded safety clip these beams securely connect to the upright frames. All uprights are equipped with 8.8 grade tensile strength bolts with limited threads to prevent over-tightening. The standard pre-punched footplates allow for easy anchoring and a recessed channel in the column's shape keeps the bolts and nuts safely away from products and people.
