The particle board core is 1-1/2" thick with a phenolic backer for use in clean rooms and food service applications. Work surfaces gain added strength from the substantial wooden core enclosed in welded stainless steel. Type 304 brushed stainless steel is highly corrosion resistant and has polished smooth safety edges and corners. Adjustable height legs feature removable duplex knockouts on front and rear for installation of either a hard wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that easily screws into place with no wiring necessary. All steel parts are undercoated for rust resistance and finished with black powder coat. Bench height adjusts 29-3/8"h to 37-1/4"h at 1-1/2" increments.
