Our front dump hoppers are designed for forward dumping efficiency in tight workspaces. Built for safety and ease of use operators simply unlock the latch attach the safety chain and push the hopper forward-automatically engaging the front door for clean dumping. Once complete the hopper rolls back and re-latches on its own ready for the next load. Safety and precision in one streamlined solution. Dumping hopper ul style"margin-top0px; padding-top 5px; padding-bottom 5px;" keeping the mast tilted back unlock the safety latch and attach the safety chain to the mast of the forklift raise forks to desired dumping height/position then remaining clear of hopper (especially rocker area) drive slowly toward the edge of the roll-off bin/container slightly tilt the mast forward and release the handle to engage the hopper. Once engaged the hopper will tilt forward and the front door will open allowing contents to dump safe operating instructions & precautions for front dump hoppers ul style"margin-top0px; padding-top 5px; padding-bottom 5px;" latch holder latch should be locked in position except when dumping picking up hopper insert forks into the opening of the base spreading forks as far as possible. Forks should not extend past the front of the base transporting hopper lift with forks and tilt mast back to prevent slippage. Transport one unit at a time keeping the hopper at a minimum practical height relatching hopper to relatch and move the hopper into upright position set the hopper straight down on the ground and the hopper will roll back and latch.
