Wenesco hot plates are designed for sealing pre-heating re-flow and processing under controlled temperature conditions. Corrosion resistant anodized aluminum plate 9" x 9" x 1/2" thick digital controller display sets and process temperature auto tune pid and alarm circuit. Anodized aluminum housing 9" x 9" x 4". Internally sealed to prevent corrosion of electrical wires and heaters elements. All electrical and thermocouple wires will be encased in flexible conduit made of high temperature plastic. Temperature controlled with a digital temperature controller (e80) actual temperature and set points are digitally displayed in f & c. Auto tune alarm circuit and pid algorithm. Plate temperature range up to 300c. Operates 120v. Made in usa. Customization capabilities to integrate industrial hot plates into complex manufacturing systems.
