The justrite® sure-grip® ex piggyback safety cabinet with manual close doors (model 891300) is designed for the storage and segregation of flammable liquids in lab construction or engineering settings. With exterior dimensions of 18 in h x 43 in w x 18 in d (457 mm h x 1092 mm w x 457 mm d) its low-height design allows you to expand available storage by 12 gal (45 l) without taking up valuable floor space. Use independently on bench tops or stack on top of 30- or 45-gal (114- or 170-l) justrite® safety cabinets. It can also be mounted on a wall with an optional wall hanger assembly (model 25950). This yellow model is constructed with a sturdy 18-gauge (1-mm) thick steel double-wall with 1.5 in (38 mm) of insulating air space for fire resistance. The fully welded not riveted construction holds the squareness of the unit for a longer life and offers greater protection in a fire since air gaps are reduced. High-performance manual-close self-latching doors (fail safe 3-point stainless steel) open to a full 180 degrees and close securely for maximum protection under fire conditions when pushed shut. Continuous piano hinges ensure the doors close smoothly every time. For added security each cabinet comes with an innovative u-loc™ handle that does not require manual rotation to engage the mandatory latch. Cabinets include a cylinder lock and key set or you can choose to use your own padlock. Haz-alert™ reflective warning labels that read "flammable keep fire away" are highly visible under fire conditions or during power outages when illuminated with a flashlight. The cabinet also features dual vents with flame arresters four adjustable self-leveling feet and a built-in grounding connector.
