Biologically inert and easy to handle, these filters provide a smoother and more uniform surface, reducing the risk of cracking and fracture. With medium-fast flow rates and reproducible loading capacity, they are ideal for clarification or sterilization of aqueous solutions, cytology, yeast and mold concentration, virus concentration, and HPLC sample preparation. Additionally, they are used for OSHA particle analysis, food and beverage microbiological QA/QC, and are the standard for microbiological growth and colony counting methods.
