LabExact® 2.2um Heat Treated Quartz Microfiber Filter 4.25 cm Dia. 100/Pack LE-HT-Q4250

This heattreated quartz binderless glass microfiber filter is prefired using an algorithmically controlled muffle furnace process to ensure consistent and repeatable thermal conditioning. The heattreatment produces an annealed filter media that is stronger more dimensionally stable and easier to handle during preparation and use. This controlled firing significantly reduces the initial loi (loss on ignition) improving analytical accuracy in hightemperature applications. As a result the filter demonstrates enhanced thermal durability with an effective operating temperature range of up to 1150 c making it ideal for gravimetric analysis combustion testing and other demanding laboratory procedures.
