Iko machined type needle roller bearings (rnaf & rnafw) consist of outer ring inner ring and separable cage without inner ring. Single row (rnaf) and double row (rnafw) are available with the same sectional heights. These bearings are suitable for mass-production high accuracy products such as machine tools textile machineries printing machines etc. Since these are not provided with prepacked lubricant proper lubrication must apply when they are used. Machined type needle roller bearings are generally used with shafts without inner rings. 0.2mra or less shaft surface finish and hrc 58 to 64 shaft hardness are recommended. When these requirements are not possible use of iko inner rings are recommended.
