The IKO Machined Type Needle Roller Bearing is a high-performance bearing designed for applications with heavy loads, shock loads, or oscillating motions. Without an inner ring, this bearing is ideal for use with shafts that meet specific surface finish and hardness requirements. When used with a properly prepared shaft, it provides low sectional height, large load ratings, and rigidity. Suitable for applications such as gearboxes, pumps, and other machinery, this bearing is a reliable choice for industries including automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing. Its compact design and high load capacity make it an excellent solution for demanding applications.
Top product features:
Low sectional height for reduced space requirements
Large load ratings and rigidity for heavy-duty applications
Guided rollers with mallet-shaped design for minimized skewing and improved performance under shock loads or oscillating motions
Iko machined type needle roller bearing consists of solid outer ring rollers and retainer without inner ring. They are with low sectional height large load ratings and rigidity and come with no seals. Proper lubricant must be applied when they are used as prepacked grease is not provided for these series. Gtr series are full compliment bearings with mallet-shaped rollers that are guided by guide rail and groove to minimize skewing. These bearings are suitable for applications with heavy loads shock loads or oscillating motions. Machined type needle roller bearings are generally used with shafts without inner rings. 0.2mra or less shaft surface finish and hrc 58 to 64 shaft hardness are recommended. When these requirements are not possible use of iko inner rings are recommended.
