Hougen® hole cutter with 1/8" depth of cut features the patented quad-lead thread system for faster cutter changes and a shoulder to prevent plunge-thru which is especially useful when drilling into live electrical boxes. Cutter with 3/8" shank holes three times faster and cleaner than hole saws in sheet metal and have dramatically extend tool life too. Cutter features arbor that is ideal for use in 3/8" or larger drill chucks. It is precision ground heat treated tools that easily cut through the stock rather than ripping tearing and pushing through as do typical hole saws. Quickly drill large holes in sheet metal plastics rubber & gasket materials. Single arbor. Requires 14009 arbor.
