It features flow reversal valves to eliminate hose swaps mid-job heavy-duty tank with vent to allow foam and off-gassing and a fresh-water flush feature. Constructed of heavy-duty polyethylene and acid-proof components this descaling unit is designed for years of use in industrial applications. The secret to their success at removing scale lies in the innovative flow reversal valve. During the descaling process limescale dissolves and creates foam and gas which acts as a barrier to further scale reduction. Using the flow reversal valve allows the foam and gas to discharge into the tank eliminating the barrier effect and considerably speeding up the descaling process. Now with the latest update the freshwater flush adds two additional ports a freshwater inlet port and a flush or dump outlet port. These additional ports now provide operators a safe and seamless way to allow fresh water to be added or discharge dumped without the removal of circulation hoses during the descaling process. Simply adjust your valves to the dump position open the water inlet valve and the flushing process begins. Clean safe and simple. Each unit is self-priming and safely contains chemicals within its integral tank allowing for maximum user-friendliness.
