RIB® Dry Contact Input Relay RIB02SBCDC Enclosed 208-277VAC 20A SPDT Override

The RIB02SBCDC Enclosed Relay is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications, including building automation, industrial control, and energy management. Its dry contact input can be activated by various devices such as thermostats, switches, and other relays, making it a flexible and adaptable component. The relay is self-powered, requiring only a low-voltage power source, and features isolated contacts that can switch any power or low-voltage load. With its compact design and wide voltage range, this relay is ideal for use in various settings, from commercial buildings to industrial facilities, and can be used to control lighting, HVAC systems, and other loads.

Top product features:

  • The dry contact input relay can be activated by a wide range of dry-contacts such as thermostats, switches, other relays, and solid-state switches.
  • The relay provides the low-voltage (class power needed to activate the relay, allowing it to be self-powered.
  • The relay contacts are isolated from the input power and the dry contact input, enabling them to be wired to switch any other power-load or low-voltage load.

Top product applications:

  • HVAC System Control
  • Building Automation Systems
  • Security Systems
Rib® dry contact input relay rib02sbcdc enclosed 208-277vac 20a spdt override the dry contact input rib series offers all the advantages of the standard rib line; plus it can be activated by a wide range of dry-contacts such as thermostats switches other relays solid-state switches etc. The dry contact input rib provides the low-voltage (class 2) power needed to activate the relay (self-powered) - just close the dry-contact input. The power to energize the relay can be brought to the relay on a separate pair of wires along with the control output of the controller or can be a local power source near the relay. The relay contacts are isolated from the input power and the dry contact input; thus they can be wired to switch any other power-load or low-voltage load (see specifications for contact ratings). One model can be used for many installations (model rib21cdc can operate from any voltage from 120vac - 277vac; see specifications for the input power of other models).
