The SGDN Series offers stainless steel leveling casters for harsh environments. A thick SS frame is used to achieve the combination of being both strong and compact. SGDN-60-F-NYN is rated at 280 kg with an overall height of 82 mm. Up to 10 mm of height adjustment capability is available for an accurate level set. SGDN-60-F-NYN is mounted with a SS 73 mm x 73 mm top plate (58 mm x 58 mm bolt hole pattern) using 4 SS bolts and nuts (INCLUDED).
The swivel section contains 2 sets of SS ball bearings for easy maneuverability, as well as hardened SS bearing raceway sleeves to prevent scouring. All components are completely corrosion resistant, leading to high performance and dependable reliability.
Moving is easy thanks to a 50 mm diameter wheel mated with a SS axle shaft. And once positioned, the caster provides rear access to an ABS thermoplastic thumbwheel used to lower the foot pad. As the wheel is lifted off the ground, the foot pad takes over to make the application completely stationary.
