GoVets Knowledge Base

GoVets offers free standard shipping for all 100% of our products to the 48 contiguous United States. We typically do not ship outside the United States and do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  We do not charge any additional fees for shipping on any products sold / listed on our site.  This policy also applies to items that require freight shipping, oversized items, or standard parcel shipping. This service is available to all of our customers, including Government, Business and Consumer customers.   We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Products are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after order date.  Some of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer's facility and others are built-to-order, which requires longer lead times.  Similarly, some of our products are delivered via freight shipping, which often can take several additional days depending on the location of the product and the destination address.   

After making a purchase on GoVets, customers will typically receive an email with an estimated shipping timeline.  Similarly, customers can Login to their GoVets Account and go to their Order page to view any notes related to their order, including their shipping timelines.   GoVets will automatically provide order updates to our customers via email as soon as any changes are made to their order state, shipping and/or backorder timelines.  

For items that require freight shipping, we do offer additional options for customers that require inside delivery, lift gate, call ahead and/or residential delivery.  These options are available on the given product pages.  

Some of our products do have restrictions and cannot be shipped out to certain states.  This information is located on the product page.  Example:  "Restricted States: TN, CA".

We do not white label packages, boxes or packing slips for our customers or partners.  

Some of our products can ship to military bases around the world - please work with our support team to determine if the items of interest can be shipped out to those locations.  Shipping to these locations may incur additional fees.
