Exair's NEMA 4X Cabinet Cooler System is designed for use in hazardous locations, including classified areas with explosive atmospheres. This thermostatically controlled system is a low-cost and reliable way to cool purged electrical enclosures, extending equipment life and improving safety. Suitable for food service and corrosive environments, the system can be installed in minutes and includes a water-dirt filter separator and cold air distribution kit. Ideal for use in areas with fluctuating heat loads, such as outdoor or seasonal applications, the system helps maintain a safe and stable temperature within the enclosure.

These hazloc cabinet cooler systems have been tested by ul and meet the stringent ul requirements for these areas. Cabinet cooler systems are a low cost and reliable way to cool purged electric control panels founds in the environments. The areas approved are class i div 1 groups a b c and d; class ii div 1 groups e f and g; and class iii. Hazardous location nema 4x (ip66) cabinet coolers are constructed of stainless steel for food service and corrosive environments and are available in cooling capacities from 1000 btu/hr. To 5600 btu/hr. They can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. Nema 4x thermostat control systems are the most efficient way to operate a cabinet cooler.
