The skullerz® 8976 type 2 safety helmet is a class e safety helmet with a 6-point suspension and an eps foam interior halo for all-around impact protection. This helmet provides heavy-duty yet lightweight and comfortable head protection designed to shield the front back top and sides of the head from falls dropped objects or bumping into stationary objects. Compared to 4-point suspension systems the 6-point suspension better disperses the force of an impact. The compact helmet design improves visibility and a chin strap ensures the helmet remains secure to the wearer's head upon impact or sudden movement such as a slip trip or fall.
