Modacrylic knit fibers activate when wet to provide up to 2 hours of consistent cooling. Modacrylic knit is inherently flame-resistant and will not melt or drip. ATPV rating of 5.8 cal/cm2 classified CAT 1 according to NFPA 70E. Fibers easily activate with water or sweat for up to 2 hours of active cooling. When dry, material effectively draws sweat and moisture away to keep the wearer cool and comfortable. Gaiter can also be worn as a headband, face mask and more. Run or submerge under water for 1 minute to activate cooling technology. Soft and stretchable design accommodates most sizes. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
