The DIXON - J2M2 is a quick connect hose coupling that enables connection and disconnection using the specified sleeve locking mechanism. It provides a seal using nitrile seals for compatible pneumatic/hydraulic/general fluid transfer applications (leak prevention not guaranteed). This coupling is compatible with fittings that meet the Tru-Flate-Automotive interchange standard and the listed thread/size specifications. Manufactured to meet the Tru-Flate-Automotive interchange standard for use with components that are compatible with that standard, it facilitates interoperability with those related components. Constructed from zinc-plated steel with nitrile seals, the fitting is rated for operation within -40°F to 250°F and has a maximum rated working pressure of 500 psi.
