FHP V-Belt, Duraflex GL, 4L720, 4L, NR, 72 in, 1/2 in Top Width MPN:4L720

• The DAYTON - 4L720 is a Fractional Horsepower (FHP) V-Belt, a type of power transmission belt commonly used in industrial applications. This belt is intended for use as a medium of power transmission between pulleys in machinery. It is constructed with durability in mind for applications that may include heavy-duty usage found across various industries like manufacturing, automotive among others.

Key Features of the DAYTON - 4L720 FHP V-Belt:

  • Belt Material: The belt is made from gum rubber with a fabric cover and polyester cords. These materials are known for their characteristics including potential durability, flexibility, and some level of resistance against certain environmental factors like heat or chemicals.
  • Operating Temperature: It is rated for operation within the specified temperature ranges from -22 Degrees F up to 194 Degrees F.
  • Number of Ribs: The presence of one rib on the belt could potentially enhance grip while distributing load evenly which might improve power transmission efficiency.
  • Outside Length & Top Width: The outside length measures at 72 inches while the top width is half an inch
  • these dimensions should be considered when determining compatibility with specific industrial machinery or commercial equipment.
  • V-Belt Section: Classified under the "4L" section indicating its dimensions compatibility with certain machinery types.
  • Resistance Properties: Has shown some level of resistance against factors such as heat
  • oil, static conductive elements which could potentially affect its performance under different conditions
