This product will provide long-term oxidation protection if used as directed of mild and tool-grade steels as well as high-carbon stainless steels. Substrate compatibility chem-crest 77-c is safe on various metalsincluding aluminum brass bronze copper zincand steels when used as directed. Operating conditions chem-crest 77-c is typically used at 1-2 by volume in ultrasonic rinsing applications as an injection into the rinse stages. Normal operating temperatures 100 -150°f dependent on the material makeup of the substrate and the substrate material. Typical usage chem-crest 77-c is effective at the prevention of oxidation due to wash chemicals in use in the cleaning process exposure to water and hot-air drying as well as during storage while waiting for further processing or for final product.
