Chem-crest 515 mild liquid detergent is useful in many applications requiring good detergency and wetting especially on hard surfaces. It is a nonetching and neutral ph detergent. Chem-crest 515 was specifically developed for additional particle removal capability. It can also be used as an additive to other detergents to increase wetting capability. Substrate compatibility chem-crest 515 is safe on copper beryllium copper alloys brass gold silver stainless steel aluminum plastics glass nickel alloys ceramics and other materials when used as directed. Operating conditions chem-crest 515 is used at 3-10 by volume in ultrasonic cleaning applications for light to heavy contaminants. Normal operating temperatures 130°-160°f. Recommended rinsing water temperature 110 - 150°f. Typical contaminants removed chem-crest 515 removes oils lubricants particles fingerprints light silicone oils mold release compounds buffing compounds and airborne contaminants as well as other general contaminants. Availability chem-crest 515 is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles 5-gallon pails and in 55-gallon containers.
