Assembled kits are shipped with the septa installed inside the cap and the cap screwed onto the vial. Microliter vials are manufactured from type 1 borosilicate glass. Vial borosilicate glass 12x32 clearscrew caps black phenolic 13-425 solid top screw caps with ptfe liner dwk # 13-0010kps (suitable for liquid chromatography.) cleanroom clean microliter vials are cleaned and assembled in a class 10000 clean room to eliminate chromatographic errors associated with vials.
