Ideal for applications requiring strong load support in limited mounting area. Solid zinc die cast housing is non-corrosive and lightweight. Securely retains bearing by pressing the lip 360 degrees over the outer race. Includes 2 set screws. Flange mount bearings are available with housing units made from die-cast zinc pressed steel and pressed stainless steel. Die-cast zinc housings are non-corrosive and lightweight with either a bronze bearing or ball bearing insert. Pressed steel housings come plated with a rust-proof finish and are available with bronze bearing or ball bearing inserts. Stainless steel housings are usda/fda approved and have uhmw-pe bearing inserts and are ideal for wash-down applications in wet or harsh environments. Solid uhmw-pe bearings are made completely from uhmw-pe and are usda/fda approved and are self-lubricating.
