Brady® 65563 Gate Valve Lockout 6-1/2" to 10" Diameter With Danger Label Polypropylene
Gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle. This device's unique knockout center fits os&y or "rising stem" valves. Device is made of extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Supplied with english spanish and french danger labels.
