Brady® 65561 Gate Valve Lockout 2-1/2" To 5" Diameter With Danger Label Polypropylene
Made of injection-molded polypropylene our gate valve lockouts are extremely rugged for superior impact and chemical resistance. They can easily withstand temperatures from -20°f to 300°f. Unique knockout center accommodates os&y or "rising stem" valves. Lockouts accept locks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Danger labels in english spanish and french are included. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 in. In diameter.
