5/16-inch to 3/8-inch lever load binder ancra cargo® 5/16-in.-3/8-in. Lever load binder features solid drop-forged steel construction to provide reliable strength and durability. The sturdy build allows for a working load limit of 5400 lbs while a red e-coat paint helps to resist the elements and improve the load binder's longevity. To operate simply attach chain links to either hook and pull the ratchet to tighten. The lever chain load binder accepts chain from 5/16-in. G70 up to 3/8-in. G43.
