Flow rates are 740 nl/min for 1/8" ports 1200 nl/min for 1/4." all valves operate from vacuum up to 145 psi working pressure with 14.5 psi of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 psi of baseline pilot pressure required to actuate monostable valves.
