Flow rates are 740 nl/min for 1/8" ports 1200 nl/min for 1/4" ports and 5000 nl/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 psi working pressure with 14.5 psi of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 psi of baseline pressure required to actuate monostable valves.
