Value wheel lockout - fits 6-1/2" - 10" diameter lock hole .375" this sturdily made lockout is designed to block valve handles from unwanted movement and position change. Consists of 2 flattened half moons that completely cover the valve wheel. Made of crack and abrasion resistant dielectric polypropylene. Resistant to extreme temperature changes from -50° to 360°f. Meets osha 29 crf 1910.147 regulations.
