Vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid pvc film with a gloss/gloss surface. Withstands the toughest dirty and greasy conditions. Meets osha 29 crf 1910.147 requirements.
