This laminate tape can withstand temperatures as cold as -40 °f/-40 °c and as hot as 248 °f/120 °c. It's suitable for use on materials like fiberglass polystyrene and conformable aerogel. It protects insulation against mold uv weather oil and grease chemicals impact and mechanical abuse corrosion under insulation (cui). This tape qualifies for compliance credit for leed® v4 and is ul723 classified. 3m™ ventureclad™ insulation jacketing system 1577cw-wme provides a reliable barrier and protection during jacketing and cladding operations.
