Add to oil paints, mediums and varnishes Resin is extracted from European larch trees in its pure, undiluted, honey-like state. Balsam lends an exquisite jewel-like quality with a tough, enamel-like surface. Use the turpentine sparingly, making up no more than 5% of the total paint mixture. Dilute with turpentine up to 20%.
