Steps to Pay GoVest using Wire Transfer or ACH

Customers that would like to make a payment using a Wire Transfer or ACH must follow these steps:

1) Make sure to create an account on GoVets.

2) Send a Payment to the following bank account for the amount they would like to apply as Store Credit in their GoVets Account.

3) Reach out to our Support Team that the ACH or Wire Transfer has been initiated.

4) GoVets will then apply a Store Credit to your Account for the transferred amount minus any applicable fees (2% for ACH, $20 for Wire Transfers).

Wire Transfers are much faster but have an extra fee that customers must pay.
This amount will be deducted from the amount applied as Store Credit in the customer's account.

5) Sign In to your Account, Shop as you normally would, and on the Checkout page, select Store Credit as your Payment Option, and place your order.

If you have balance, you can use this Store Credit towards a future purchase on GoVets. You can always check your Store Credit Balance within your Account.
