These hazard risk category (HRC) 4 arc-flash and flame-resistant mechanics-style gloves have a goatskin leather palm and are used in manufacturing applications where workers encounter open flames. Hazard risk category (HRC) 4 gloves meet NFPA 70E standards to protect workers from arc-flash burns in high-voltage areas. The goatskin leather palm is soft, supple, and has excellent dexterity. It has better abrasion-, tear-, and water-resistance than other leathers. Mechanics-style gloves have good dexterity and are often worn when performing basic tasks in general maintenance and repair operations.
