Frequently Asked Questions for GoVets Resellers.

 

If you are planning to purchase items on GoVets and resell them to other customers, here's some important information that you need to take in consideration: 

 

  1. Does GoVets have a reseller program?

  • We do not have a formal reseller program in place, but we have noticed several customers purchase items on GoVets and resell/dropship those items to other customers at their own risk.

 

  1. Does GoVets have an affiliate or referral program?

  • Affiliates can access GoVets content, product details and referral program details on ShareASale.

 

  1. Are return name and address on the Invoice or labels?

  • We do not allow modification to invoices. 

 

  1. Does the end customer see the purchase price paid on the invoice?

  • No.  This information is not included in the product packaging sent to the end-customer.

 

  1. How can I place orders I plan on shipping to my customers?

 

  1. Are there other forms of payment that you can take for processing several orders?

  • We can accept payment online via Credit Card, but you can also apply for Net30 Terms, or you can process orders using Pre-Pay (Store Credit). 
  • With the Pre-Pay option, you would be required to ACH/Wire funds to GoVets and Store Credit would become available within 1-2 business days of receiving your funds.  A Store Credit option would then become available on the Checkout page.
  • Other options are available on our Accepted Forms of Payment page.

 

  1. Do you require Resale Certificates?

  • If you are registered to pay taxes in a given state, we require that reseller certificate so we can remove sales taxes for orders sent to those states.  Otherwise, all orders will include sales taxes.

 

  1. What states do you ship to?

  • All 48 Contiguous United States.  We do not ship / dropship to HI, AK, PR.

 

  1. Do you offer Free Returns or Hassle Free Returns?

 

  1. Do you have any restocking fees?

  • Depending on the Return, there may be restocking fees.  Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

 

  1. Do you have a Product Feed available?

  •  If you are an Affiliate, many of our Products are available via a Product Feed on ShareASale.

 

  1. Do you send promotional media with orders. 

  • No

 

  1. Do you have blind shipping? 

  • No

 

  1. Do you offer free, or flat rate shipping? 

  • All orders include free shipping.

 

  1. What is your shipping & Handling times? Fast 2-3 days (-7 days) 

  • Most orders are delivered within 7 days.
  • Orders such as Furniture, Heavy Equipment, or similar heave items typically ship via Freight and typically take much longer than other items.

 

  1. Do you email vendors with new product, stock outs, and discontinued items?

  • Not at this time. 

 

  1. Do you have a downloadable product catalog?

  • Not at this time. 

 

  1. Are all brands authentic?

  • Yes.
